Q: What kind of dyes do you use/do they run/are they safe?

A: We use permanant, colourfast dyes which are produced here in the UK. They are phosphate-free,do not run, and stay bright and vibrant!

Q: Is it secure to pay online by credit /debit card?

A: In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

The system we use is PayPal, details as follows;

First, please note the following important information: If any orders contain invalid contact details, i.e. incorrect email address, address or telephone number, or an order is made to an international address without having paid for shipping, we shall need to contact the customer to ammend the order. If we cannot make contact,we will have to cancel the order. This is merely a precaution to protect against fraudulent orders, and to ensure we can give a proper service to genuine customers.

You can order on line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our simple and secure on line credit and debit card payment service is provided by PayPal, a recognised and well established company.

We accept credit and debit cards via the direct internet payment system Paypal. This company provides secure transaction facilities and have comprehensive privacy policies. It is not always necessary to set up an account to pay via this system, though regular users of online stores and auctions may find the process easier once they have registered.

Payments can be made in US Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling and Yen, with Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and American Express. If a currency exchange is necessary, a charge is made which is shown at time of payment

Q: Your Colours?

A:We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Baby Planet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Baby Planet shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. Every computer screen depicts colours differently. A written description of the colours are situated alongside each item.

Also, due to the techniques of tie-dying, no two items look the same! This is partly the attraction of non-massed produced clothing.

Q: when will I receive my order?

We dispatch your goods within 5 working days of receiving your order. All items are hand-dyed to your requirements! We use Royal Mail and their aim is to deiver next day,however, this can take longer! All items are sent recorded delivery and require a signature upon receipt.

Q: Washing Instructions?

All our clothes are hand-dyed using phosphate free permanent clours. Wash garment seperately (max 40 degrees) for the first couple of times to remove the excess of dye that may not hve been removed during the washing process.

We advise you to wash garments before wearing.

1. Terms and Conditions: These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from baby planet via this web site and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

2. Order: You can submit an order for products to baby planet by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the send order button. All prices  reflected in ŁUK Sterling include VAT, providing delivery is to a location in the UK. Orders outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to an additional charge. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing and your credit card/ debit card payment is approved by your credit card/ debit card company.

Acceptance of order: We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. 4. Delivery: We make every effort to deliver all products within the United Kingdom within seven days of acceptance of your order.
