UK Delivery Information

We aim to send your order within 5 working days. For instance, your order made on Monday will leave us before, or on, the Friday.
We use Royal Mail Recorded delivery, which means a signature is required. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection, and a card will be left. If the parcel is not collected, it will be sent back to us, and we will have to contact you to get an address where we can successfully send your parcel.

UK Delivery Charges

There is a flat charge of £2.20 charge for UK delivery for all orders under the value of £40.00. This postage amount will be automatically added to your shopping basket at checkout. NOTE: POSTAGE FREE FOR ALL UK ORDERS OF OVER £40.00. (nb:applies to UK mainland and offshore islands only).

Important notes: Delivery is by Royal Mail, therefore baby-planet.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. The Post Office stipulates that 10 working days from the point of despatch must have passed before they will investigate any delayed deliveries.

Hassle-free returns policy

While of course we hope your order is everything you want it to be, we understand that sometimes your requirements or expectations may not have been met. Provided the item is returned to us in unused 'as new' condition within 14 days, we offer a full refund or replacement product. A credit-note may be offered for returns made after 14 days. We do not reimburse postage costs on no-fault returns. If a fault develops in the product, please email us with the details before returning the item. Postage costs may be reimbursed in such instances.
